[2] The title of the sermon: “JESUS CAME TO DIVIDE.”

  • Many Christians do not read the Bible. Many Christians don’t want to hear the negative parts.
  • Are there many negatives throughout the Bible? Yes, the majority is negative because it’s the truth.
  • Is this life easy? No, it definitely isn’t easy. It is amazingly difficult at times. And it’s harsh.
  • Some people want to ignore all of these things.

Let me give you an example to make this point. And most people won’t like this example.

  • But, I really don’t care because this is the truth. You can love the truth or not.
  • You can get offended at me or not. This is the actual truth from God’s words.
  • Most people will hate and reject me because I tell them the truth.
  • I get this because Jesus was first rejected. And this is the truth from reality.
  • So, before you get offended at me, listen to this.

Here’s reality for you. You’re going to die one day. Will you be offended at a word like dumb, fool, idiot, stupid?

  • Will you be offended at words in the Bible like whore, bastard, or even hell?
  • So-called “Christians” don’t like simple words that offend them. But God uses these words.
  • So, if a word of truth offends them, does DEATH offend them? Death is coming.

Death is very offensive. YOU WILL DIE. Every one of you will die. Life is harsh. Time is running out.

  • Will you ignore death? It won’t help to ignore death. You will still die.
  • If there’s anything more offensive to you than your death, please let me know.
  • But also understand that you are only going to die because of what you did.
  • Death might be offensive to you, but understand you are the one who offended.
  • You are offensive to God, and that’s why you must die.

Will you allow simple words to offend you rather than learn the truth of things?

  • Let’s see if the words of Jesus Christ today offend you as well. Is Jesus Christ offensive to you?
  • Look, I am not trying to turn people away from Jesus Christ. I want you to know the truth.
  • I want you to wake up and see the truth within God’s words.
  • This is the only way death won’t be so offensive to you.

[3] Luke 12:51-53 Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division: 52 For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three. 53 The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

  • Is this offensive? Is this positive? This country we live in now is a joke of a country.
  • Everyone wants acceptance, inclusion, positivity 100% of the time, laughing, fun, and freedom to do whatever they want no matter good or bad.
  • All of the Christians think Jesus came to tell everyone it’s okay to do whatever you want.
  • They think Jesus came to give peace to everyone. They think all so-called “Christians should unite.
  • They think we should support the LGBTQ loving “Disciples of Christ” denomination.
  • They think ALL PEOPLE should go to heaven no matter what. They say, “ALL PEOPLE ARE GOOD.”

Let me ask you a question. Did Jesus come to give peace on earth? Does this earth deserve peace?

  • Are all people giving thanks to God today? Are all people worshipping the God who gave them life?
  • Or, are most people doing whatever THEY WANT today? Is it that difficult to thank God for once?
  • Is it that difficult to tell Jesus Christ thank you for going to hell for you?
  • It must be. Because people are out there fighting to kill more babies. They love to murder babies.
  • People are out there working on rights for pedophiles right now. They love pedophiles.
  • Lawyers are out there defending murderers and killers because that’s their job.

People are out there calling around to churches right now asking for money because they won’t work.

  • God commands you to get to work and to take care of your family.
  • There are people who never stop and thank God for anything.
  • So, does this world that God created deserve peace? Did the world get peace in Genesis Chapter 6?
  • God said, “The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them.”
  • “Behold, I will destroy the earth.” Is this your God who you worship or not? THIS IS MY GOD.
  • And yes, according to some, God is beyond offensive. That’s why people don’t come to church.

They want a god that isn’t offensive. They want a God that unites everyone. So they ignore the true God.

  • They offend the true God. So, please hear this today. See the Scriptures today. I didn’t create these words.
  • GOD ALMIGHTY said these words, and His words endureth forever. If you don’t like them, too bad.
  • You will bow to the God of all creation one day. Might as well get over yourself.
  • Stop being stiffnecked. Stop being offended by the word of God.

Jesus says, “I didn’t come to give peace on earth.” On this EARTH, there will never be peace. Why?

  • People. That’s why. This is the truth, and this is reality. Jesus says, “But rather division.”
  • You better get accustomed to division. You won’t always be together with others you want to be with.
  • You don’t always get what you want.
  • People should have learned this as a child, but they still act like children. They don’t want God.
  • They want a different God that fits them. That’s too bad. We have the best God ever. He is perfect.
  • But He’s not good enough for these so-called “GOOD” people who are offended at everything.

“For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three.”

  • “The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father;”
  • “The mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother;”
  • “The mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.”
  • Does it have to be this way? No, it doesn’t. You can choose to go with God or to go against God.
  • There is no middle ground, and that’s why Jesus causes division. Is this hard to take? Yes it is.
  • Do we give up? No, we don’t give up. We keep going.

Throughout my life something inside, my flesh, has told me to give up.

  • When my Dad told me to dig a posthole at a young age, I dug a few inches and said: “Is that good?”
  • “No son, that’s not deep enough.” So I dug a few more inches. “Is that good enough?”
  • “No son, keep going.” I didn’t want to keep going, but I did.
  • When I was finished with the first one, I thought I was done. Dad says, “Not done. Go to the next one.”
  • And then the next one and the next one and the next one. We keep going.

My flesh tells me not to work. “Why are you working so hard?”

  • Anything worth something in this world takes work. And it takes hard work. It’s very offensive to the flesh.
  • Harsh words are offensive. But we keep going. Is life tough? Yes, it’s tough and offensive.
  • If you can’t take anything that is offensive, how will you make it?
  • For example, Jacob and I knocked on a door and the man doesn’t even give us a chance to say anything.
  • He looks at us in a split second, yells NO, and shuts the door. Is that offensive? Yeah.
  • What if we just quit because of that? No, we keep going. God chooses people who won’t quit.
  • Does our flesh want to quit? Yes it does. Why? Because things are tough. Things offend us.

When someone offends me, I don’t give up on them.

  • We’ve had many people yell at us without giving us a chance.
  • An old man that was headed to the hospital told me he didn’t have time for a sermon.
  • I didn’t even say anything to the man yet. But we keep going. JESUS CHRIST DIVIDES.
  • We will not all be together unless we are on the side of Jesus Christ.
  • He is the only one who keeps us together.

If you don’t want to be divided from your father, mother, husband, wife, brother, sister, son, or daughter, you better make the right choice.

  • You better convince those people to make the right choice too.
  • If you make the wrong choice, you will go to hell for all of eternity and be in torment.
  • If they make the wrong choice, they will go to hell for all of eternity and be in torment.
  • And you won’t be together as you might think. You won’t be together in hell.

Is that offensive? Yes. You need to make sure you are in reality. The world is offensive.

  • But it’s not the people who are offending that preach the word of God. His words are truth.
  • His words are harsh. It’s better to hear harsh words than those harsh words actually happening to you.

[4] Proverbs 10:7 The memory of the just is blessed: but the name of the wicked shall rot.

  • Many wicked people think they are great. The Pharisees are an example.
  • So-called “Christians” believe themselves to be great.
  • They are nicer than anyone else outside of their home.

They are kinder than anyone outside of their home. They never have bad thoughts outside of their home.

  • They never say a word that is offensive outside of their home.
  • They never raise their voice outside of their home. They never get angry outside of their home.
  • They are very inclusive of all people.
  • They invite everyone, even abominations, into their church of false gods. They are so great.
  • BUT, their name shall rot. They think they are good but God says otherwise. This offends them.
  • The truth is very offensive to people. I am not good. But I am just because of Jesus Christ.

[5] Psalm 109:13-15 Let his posterity be cut off; and in the generation following let their name be blotted out. 14 Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered with the LORD; and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out. 15 Let them be before the LORD continually, that he may cut off the memory of them from the earth.

  • Jesus says those who have faith in Him will be written in the Book of Life FOREVER.
  • Our names will not be forgotten. Our names will be remembered forever.
  • But the people who won’t trust in Him because they get offended easily will not be remembered.
  • Jesus came to divide. You can see this all throughout the Bible.
  • How does He divide? Does He divide the church people from the people who don’t go to church?

Does He divide us according to our height? Eye color? Hair color? Kindness? The use of offensive words?

  • Does He look to see if we’ve helped win anyone to Christ?
  • Does He look at how good we sing because He wants great singers in heaven?
  • Does He love baseball players, basketball players, or football players?
  • Does He need some big, strong guys in heaven for bodyguards so He wants to keep those?
  • Does He get rid of the rest because they aren’t very big?

Does He divide people who eat a lot into those who don’t eat a lot?

  • Maybe He doesn’t want people in heaven who will eat up all of His food.
  • Does He divide the complainers from the people who never complain?
  • HOW DOES GOD DIVIDE US? There are only 2 groups of people. And this is very simple.
  • Jesus divides us by whether or not we’ve had faith in Him. It takes a moment of faith in Him.
  • Most religious people and most church people don’t have faith in Him. They won’t make it.
  • Their name will be remembered no more. Are these hard words? Yes, they are.

[6] Matthew 7:21-23 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

  • These people THOUGHT they were doing what Jesus said to do, but they didn’t listen to Jesus.
  • They listened to liars who told them what Jesus supposedly said. He didn’t say what they thought He said.
  • Is it offensive to call someone a liar? For example, is a Calvinist preacher a liar? Yes. This is the truth.
  • Is a oneness Pentecostal preacher a liar? Yes. This is the truth. It’s not offensive if it’s the truth.
  • It’s not offending anyone actually. The person who is lying is the offender.

But, we will get called offensive. And then you’ll understand a little more about Jesus Christ.

  • “You aren’t a Christian. You shouldn’t be calling people liars. You shouldn’t be calling them names.”
  • Well, the Bible does the same. God calls people fools constantly. You should actually read the Bible.
  • You should actually see what Jesus Christ says constantly.
  • His words, like fool, serpents, and vipers are nothing compared to when He says:
  • “I never knew you. Depart from me ye that work iniquity.”

They thought they were doing good. Cain thought he was doing good, but he didn’t do what God asked.

  • Trusting in good works to save you is not what God asked you to do. Kindness doesn’t save you.
  • Being kind, in the way that you think is being kind, IS NOT BEING KIND.
  • Not standing up and telling someone the truth is not kindness.
  • Not preaching the Gospel is not kindness.
  • Being quiet when you know you should have helped to save someone is not kindness.
  • “But, I was worried I might offend them.” Hey, listen, get over it. You are going to offend people.
  • You should tell them the truth. There is a heaven and a hell.
  • You will go to one of those no matter if you like it or not. And you don’t want to go to hell.

These people in Matthew Chapter 7 didn’t do the will of God. They trusted in their works.

  • “Hey Jesus, look at all the great things we’ve done. We offended no one throughout our life.”
  • “We agreed with everyone and told them that we love them no matter what.”
  • “We made everyone happy. In your name, we did all of these wonderful works.”
  • “We did your will. We did the will of the Father.” DID THEY? Of course they didn’t.

[7] John 6:38-40 For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. 39 And this is the Father’s will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. 40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

  • The will of God is for all people to be saved and to receive everlasting life.
  • His will is for you to be saved. He sent His Son to be the Savior of the world. Did it hurt? Yes, it did.
  • Jesus has never offended anyone in the definition of offended. People get offended at Him.

But He didn’t actually do anything wrong EVER. You shouldn’t be offended at Him.

  • He should be offended at you. He had to die for you so you would have a chance to be saved.
  • His soul went to hell and suffered for you because of your offensiveness to Him.
  • And now you want to be offended when He tells you the truth?
  • He wants you to live so badly that He died for you even though He has never done anything wrong.

[8] Galatians 4:16 Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?

  • True words are offensive to people because they don’t like God. They don’t like His words.
  • Let me ask you something. Do these next Scriptures offend you?

[9] Malachi 2:1-3 And now, O ye priests, this commandment is for you. 2 If ye will not hear, and if ye will not lay it to heart, to give glory unto my name, saith the LORD of hosts, I will even send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings: yea, I have cursed them already, because ye do not lay it to heart. 3 Behold, I will corrupt your seed, and spread dung upon your faces, even the dung of your solemn feasts; and one shall take you away with it.

  • Does this offend you? Yes, getting dung wiped on your face would be offensive.
  • A very “kind” and “nice” Southern Baptist woman recently told me that I have a very offensive spirit.
  • I offend people constantly. Any preacher of God’s words will offend people.
  • She doesn’t seem to understand that. Why do I offend people? I preach God’s words.
  • I don’t hide His words such as these from Malachi Chapter 2.
  • Would it be better to get dung wiped on your face than to rot in hell forever?

If God needs to wipe dung upon someone’s face to wake them up and save them, then so be it.

  • I would gladly take dung on my face versus going to hell. Which is better?
  • You can clean the dung off your face. You can not be offended by God’s words. It’s your choice.
  • You can’t get out of hell. You can accept words as fool, hell, whore, and bastard as not bad words.
  • Or, you can keep thinking stupid, idiot, dumb, ignorant, and all similar words are so horrible.
  • These words aren’t horrible. And using them to speak the truth isn’t a horrible thing.

[10] Matthew 23:23-24 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone. 24 Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel.

  • Do you understand what this means and who is speaking in these Scriptures?
  • Jesus Christ is speaking. Do you think He was talking softly and being really kind?
  • There’s an exclamation mark. I guarantee you that he wasn’t being kind here.
  • Is Jesus Christ always kind? Is there a commandment that tells us to be kind 100% of the time?
  • If you think so, you have no idea what God says in the Bible.

“For ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law.”

  • The so-called Christians want to keep the be kind 100% law that they made up in their mind.
  • And they want to get rid of the actual laws of God that are actually important.
  • Judgement, mercy, faith. THESE YOU SHOULD DO. Judgement. Judge all things.

But the same so-called “Christians” will say that Christians shouldn’t judge anything. FOOLS.

  • You ought to worry more about faith versus worrying about my so-called “offensive words.”
  • Any preacher that preaches God’s words will offend these types of people.
  • I WAS ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE BECAUSE I WASN’T READING AND STUDYING THE BIBLE.
  • Now, I changed my mind. I don’t mind offending these people because they need to wake up.
  • SEE THE TRUTH IN THE BIBLE.

Jesus says, “Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel.”

  • All of these other things the size of a camel, such as homosexuality, are okay with them.
  • But they are against the things such as saying the word HELL. This is like a gnat.
  • Or not even a gnat in this case. This is even worse than what the Pharisees were doing.

These people who think hell and fool is a bad word are doing much worse things than this.

  • They won’t even trust in God’s words and are offended at His words. They have no faith in God.
  • What’s more important? Jesus says there are more important things such as judgement, mercy, and faith.
  • Strain at a gnat and swallow a camel.

You’re blindly guiding people and have no idea what you’re talking about.

  • You’ll teach your kids that HELL is a bad word but you won’t teach them that FAITH in Jesus saves.
  • You would rather your child not say HELL but you don’t care if they go there.
  • I’ve been to the doors of people before who think I shouldn’t be saying hell while their kids are around.
  • The word is hell is used by God 54 times in the Bible. Is there unrighteousness with God? GOD FORBID.
  • You have created your own law that doesn’t match the law of God.
  • You don’t think I can call someone a fool who hates God.

You don’t think I should call someone a fool who think Jesus is just a man and not the Son of God and the Creator of all things.

  • It doesn’t matter what you think. You are making everything about you and what you feel.
  • Your feelings and emotions aren’t the law of God. Who does this most of the time?
  • Women and effeminate men. They are deceived. They will hate this sermon.
  • But, what have I said that is so bad to them? The word whore and related words are in the Bible 35 times.
  • If you see a woman out on the street selling her body for money, she is a whore.
  • Does that offend you? Listen, really, I don’t care if it offends you BUT you should care.

[11] Matthew 23:25-26 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess. 26 Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also.

[12] Matthew 23:27-28 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men’s bones, and of all uncleanness. 28 Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.

  • I use the words hell, whore, bastard, fool, idiot, stupid, clown, dumb, and more.
  • But you don’t? You hate me for it, but you haven’t used those words?
  • Yeah right. You haven’t called someone stupid before or even lately. You haven’t thought it.
  • You probably called me stupid, but you get mad at me for calling a rejected fool an idiot.

See? You don’t like those words, but you say them. You just don’t like when I say them.

  • And you probably say much worse. But when I say a word from the Bible like FOOL, you hate it.
  • You appear beautiful on the outside, Calvinists, but are you beautiful on the inside?
  • Oneness Pentecostals appear beautiful on the outside.

[13] Matthew 23:29-30 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous, 30 And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets.

  • You would kill Jesus Christ if you lived in His days. Very offensive words from me.
  • But you would kill God’s prophets. This is what Jesus Christ is teaching. He’s right.

[14] Matthew 23:31-33 Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets. 32 Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers. 33 Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?

  • Do you not think this type of preaching worked on some of the people?
  • I was saved from this type of preaching and the so-called “offensive” words from God.
  • These are the types of words that should wake these people up.
  • If they are so offensive to you, but the perfect Jesus Christ is saying them, who are you?
  • How can you escape the damnation of hell?
  • Would you rather Jesus use these words, or would you rather go to hell?

[15] Matthew 23:34-35 Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city: 35 That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.

  • These people are the offenders who hate the preachers of God’s words.
  • Prophesying is preaching God’s words. You are telling people about the future.
  • If you don’t stop and believe on Jesus Christ, you will go to hell. That’s prophecy. It’s harsh to people.
  • Elijah made fun of people with false gods. I will mock you if you act as if Jesus is something He isn’t.

[16] 1 Kings 18:26-28 And they took the bullock which was given them, and they dressed it, and called on the name of Baal from morning even until noon, saying, O Baal, hear us. But there was no voice, nor any that answered. And they leaped upon the altar which was made. 27 And it came to pass at noon, that Elijah mocked them, and said, Cry aloud: for he is a god; either he is talking, or he is pursuing, or he is in a journey, or peradventure he sleepeth, and must be awaked. 28 And they cried aloud, and cut themselves after their manner with knives and lancets, till the blood gushed out upon them.

  • Fools cut themselves in trying to get their dumb false gods to awake.
  • Jesus gets angry. He hates people. He takes vengeance on people. He is a man of war.
  • But you act as if we should be the opposite of Jesus Christ. HE HATES EVIL. I hate evil.
  • Do I hate evil as much as Jesus Christ? No. Not even close. Why? Because I still do evil.
  • I don’t hate enough. But Jesus Christ has perfect hatred for evil.
  • I will mock you if you don’t think so. You can take the mocking so you might wake up. Or you can hate me.

[17] Psalm 139:21-22 Do not I hate them, O LORD, that hate thee? and am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee? 22 I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies.

  • If you hate God and are offended by His words, then I hate you.
  • And all the actual Christians, who actually follow Jesus Christ, will hate you too.
  • God is good, and you hate Him. That means you are evil. I will hate you. Do you not like that?
  • God teaches us that throughout the Bible. Do you not like His teaching? Do you hate wisdom?

[18] Matthew 23:36-38 Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation. 37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! 38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.

  • Do you remember where we started this sermon? We talked about Jesus dividing families.
  • He came to divide families. You might think that’s wrong. Is He wrong?
  • You might say, “I would give my soul to the devil so my daughter can live another day.”
  • You would join the devil’s side over a word like hell, fool, damnation, whore, sluggard, sloth, idiot.
  • Are those words hurting you so badly? Let me answer that for you. They aren’t hurting you.
  • Your foolish choices, your feelings, your emotions are hurting you.

What does Jesus say right here? Earlier in the chapter He says He came to divide families.

  • Now He says this: “How often would I have gathered thy children together.”
  • “Even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!”
  • “Behold, your house is left desolate.”

Jesus says that He will gather your children together, but you wouldn’t listen to Him.

  • As a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings. Everyone would be together.
  • And they could have been, but they won’t simply trust the words of Jesus Christ.
  • Because you won’t trust His words, that they are good, now your house will be desolate.

[19] Proverbs 30:5 Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.

  • Is the word “DUNG” a pure word? Is it a harmless word? Yes it is. God created dung.
  • The word in itself isn’t bad. Sometimes dung is good and sometimes dung is bad.
  • Is the word “FOOL” a pure word? Is it a harmless word? Yes it is. PURE WORD.

Is damnation a bad word to you? God uses it 11 times in the Bible.

  • If a child says a so-called “bad word” from the Bible, the adults all gasp. “Oh no!!!” Are you serious?
  • Where is this coming from? THE WORLD. You should see the hypocrisy in that.
  • Every word of God is pure. Bastard is a pure word. Hell is a pure word.
  • What the world does, though, is not pure. A drag queen show for children and families is wicked.

[20] Genesis 37:8 And his brethren said to him, Shalt thou indeed reign over us? or shalt thou indeed have dominion over us? And they hated him yet the more for his dreams, and for his words.

  • They hated Joseph for his words. Did he actually say anything bad or wrong to them? No, he didn’t.
  • God will divide. Did you not read about the flood? Did you not read Revelation?
  • Did you not read everything in between Genesis and Revelation? Are you blinded?

[21] Matthew 24:9-10 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake. 10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

  • I will tell you the truth right now. I am on God’s side. Are you against me because of my words?
  • Are you on the other side? If not, stop acting like you are on the other side.
  • Am I such a nasty person that I want you to go to heaven and see the truth in the word of God?
  • I want you to see that you’ve been deceived into thinking saying the word dumb tells you if someone is good or not.
  • What do you want? Do you want someone to lie to you constantly and tell you how great you are?

It doesn’t surprise me that people will hate me for preaching God’s words. If it did, I shouldn’t be preaching.

  • If it hurt my feelings that you hate me over God’s words, then I shouldn’t be a preacher of God’s words.
  • Does Jesus Christ offend you? If so, you will be divided your portion with the unbelievers.

[22] Matthew 11:6 And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.

  • Would you have been with the religious people, the Pharisees, the scribes?
  • Or, would you have been with Jesus Christ? What will you do now?
  • The fake Christian religions had me going against the living Jesus Christ.
  • They had a fake Jesus that wasn’t Jesus of Nazareth and wasn’t the Son of God.
  • Would you have been hunting for Elijah to kill him? Would you have hated King David?
  • Would you be friends with Cain who killed his righteous brother Abel?

[23] Matthew 10:21 And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death.

  • Is that who you want to be to your son who loves you and wants you to go to heaven?
  • To your sister who wants you to be saved? To your own dad and mother who took care of you as a child?
  • They changed your diaper. Did you even thank them for that? They fed you and kept you alive.
  • And now you hate them because they love Jesus Christ and don’t want to be divided from you?
  • What’s wrong with you? WAKE UP. It’s time to join the right side.

It’s time to stop being offended by words that even God used. There are more important things.

  • You might not like the word hell. But going to the actual place is going to be much worse.
  • So, listen, get over yourself and what you feel is wrong or right. Allow God to teach you wrong and right.

[24] Job 19:19 All my inward friends abhorred me: and they whom I loved are turned against me.

  • Don’t turn against the people who love God.
  • When you do, you’ll find God staring you right in the eyes one day. Then you’ll be very afraid.
  • You don’t have to be afraid of me. I am nothing to be feared. But you better fear God.
  • Keep calling His words evil, and you’ll find yourself on the other side of God.
  • And He is called GOD for a reason.

[25] Exodus 15:3 The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name.

  • Is that who you want on the other side against you? Don’t find yourself divided on the wrong side.
  • Jesus came to divide. How do you get on His side? You simply put your faith in Him.
  • Then, you will be on the right side. Teach your kids how to be saved so your family won’t be divided.
  • Jesus is the only way. Stop listening to liars who teach the wrong things.
  • And yes, it’s perfectly fine to call a liar a liar. Get on the right side before it’s too late.

People think that we are the bad ones, but we are the ones who actually read our Bibles and not devotionals.

  • We read and study the Bible over and over again. God’s words don’t offend us.
  • The words dung and piss don’t offend us because they are used by God in the Bible.
  • And you see dung and piss each day. God designed us to use the bathroom.
  • Why are the words so offensive to you? Piss and pisseth is in the Bible 8 times.
  • If you would actually read the Bible, all of these words wouldn’t divide us. Jesus Christ brings us together.

Let’s pray.
