I’m not sure why all the false “Christian” denominations can’t understand the simplest verse in the Bible that explains how to receive everlasting life.
It must be all of the man-made doctrines and false preachers over the years that continue to spread lies.
For example, Billy Graham is one of those false preachers. “Repent of your sin to be saved.” That’s not in the Bible once. People only “THINK” the Bible says this when it doesn’t.
“But Billy Graham was great. He was so great.”
That’s called worshipping a man, Billy Graham, versus worshipping the Lord Jesus Christ.
That’s called choosing to listen to what some man says over the LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST.
Most Preachers Don’t Represent God Almighty
People listen to these preachers who supposedly “REPRESENT” God Almighty.
If they represented God Almighty, they would be able to understand this simple verse from the mouth of Jesus Christ:
John 6:47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.
Hey, that’s it!!! Why are the preachers adding some other requirement besides “BELIEVING ON” the Lord Jesus Christ?
We need to understand that JESUS SPEAKS ONLY THE TRUTH AT ALL TIMES. Did Jesus forget to list out all the other requirements to receive everlasting life?
According To False Preachers, JESUS Must Have Forgotten
The false preachers are adding all of these other WORKS to salvation, and they act as if Jesus must have messed up right there in John 6:47.
They say, “Well, I believe the Bible is the inspired and perfect word of God.” Do they? What about John 6:47? Did Jesus make a mistake?
Because I sure don’t see repent of your sin and baptism in John 6:47. Surely Jesus would have remembered them and told us if they were SO important to salvation.
Don’t you think Jesus probably would have gotten it right? I mean REALLY??? Jesus is God. He didn’t forget to say repent of your sin and be baptized to receive everlasting life.
Other Verses The False Preachers MUST Say Are A Mistake
John 3:15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
For all the false gospel preachers out there: “Did Jesus forget to say repent of your sin and be baptized in John 3:15 too?”
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John 12:46 I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.
Acts 10:43 To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.
Romans 10:11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
1 John 5:1 Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him.
Listen, I can just copy and paste the entire Bible here as proof that there is only ONE requirement to be saved and to receive everlasting life.
There’s Only ONE Requirement To Receive Everlasting Life
The one requirement is to “BELIEVE ON” the Lord Jesus Christ. This means you MUST put ALL YOUR TRUST on Jesus. It’s not optional.
For example, if you were jumping out of an airplane, you would put all your trust on the parachute to save you. You wouldn’t have a backup plan. You wouldn’t bring a second parachute. You wouldn’t have another person there to back you up in case something went wrong.
If you FULLY TRUST in YOUR ONE PARACHUTE, that’s called believing ON that parachute to save you.
If you think you have to have all these backup plans, other works, and do other things, then you aren’t trusting that ONE parachute to save you. You’re trusting in other things to save you. That’s not faith.
What Does It Mean To Believe ON Jesus?
Faith is saying, “Hey, Jesus, I believe on you alone to save me. I don’t need anything else. I don’t need to do anything else to be saved. I know that you’ll save me, Jesus.”
That’s faith. That’s believing on the Lord Jesus Christ.
If you think you MUST be baptized, you must repent of your sin, and you must be faithful the rest of your life, then you aren’t saved. You haven’t BELIEVED ON the Lord Jesus Christ.
What’s the common factor in YOU must repent of YOUR sin, YOU must be baptized, YOU must be faithful? Yes, that’s right. IT’S ALL ABOUT YOU. Salvation isn’t all about your works.
IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR WORKS. That’s not difficult to understand.
Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Romans 9:11 (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;)
“NOT OF WORKS!!!” Yes, these verses are talking about salvation. These verses are talking about receiving everlasting life. Did Paul mess up? He must have messed up too according to the false preachers.
Wow, according to the false preachers the Bible has a lot of mistakes.
You Don’t Have To Live A Perfect Life Because You Can’t
You don’t have to live a perfect life to be saved.
Don’t let these false preachers tell you something like that. They act as if they are perfect. How can you stand up there and tell people they must be perfect to make it to heaven?
There are none good the Bible says.
If we had to be perfect like the false preachers proclaim to be, we would all be damned to hell.
The False Preachers Are Calling Jesus A Liar
So, there’s only one way to put this, okay?
John 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
If you want to add anything else to salvation BUT believing on the Lord Jesus Christ, you are calling GOD HIMSELF a liar.
Yes, you are. Jesus says, “He that believeth on me HATH everlasting life.”
I believe on Jesus Christ to save me. Are you telling me that Jesus is wrong? Are you telling me that Jesus lied to me in the Bible? Are you telling me Jesus must have messed up?
Are you saying that he forget to tell me that I MUST repent of my sin first, then I must believe, and then I must be baptized to receive everlasting life?
False Preachers Have A Different Gospel
So, you’re teaching a different Gospel than the Lord Jesus Christ taught? That’s what it looks like to me. And please, tell me if I’m wrong.
Galatians 1:6-9 I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: 7 Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. 8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. 9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
Yeah, you better be careful preaching those other gospels. You better stop calling Jesus Christ a liar. He’s coming for you.
STOP pretending to represent the Lord Jesus Christ when you call Him a liar with your false doctrine. You better change your mind right now and repent of all that sin.
STOP Preaching ANOTHER Jesus
What you’re actually doing is preaching another Jesus. Why? Because Jesus didn’t say any of those words that you’re preaching. You’ve made up your own Jesus.
Yes, the Catholics have a different Jesus. The Church of Christ has a different Jesus. The Southern Baptists have a different Jesus. The Jehovah’s Witness have a different Jesus. The Oneness Pentecostals have a different Jesus.
The entire world has a different Jesus. The Jesus of this world has long hair and wears dresses. That’s not the Jesus in the Bible. He is a man to be FEARED with everything you have. If we saw the Jesus from the Bible right now, we would fall flat on our face as dead. And yes, that’s the truth.
There’s over 30,000 “Christian” denominations. They all sure don’t have the same Jesus.
2 Corinthians 11:4 For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.
Yes, the Bible warns us about people coming and preaching another Jesus. Just because someone uses the name JESUS doesn’t mean they have the right one. There’s a lot of people in this world named Jesus. There’s a lot of false gods in this world named Jesus.
There’s ONLY ONE Jesus Who Saves You
So, where do you find the right Jesus? You better find the right one. The right one is Jesus Christ of Nazareth, and you’ll find Him within the pages of the King James Bible.
The JESUS WHO IS GOD says:
John 6:47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.
The REAL JESUS is not wrong. He didn’t mess up. He didn’t make a mistake. He says, “HE THAT BELIEVETH ON ME HATH EEVERLASTING LIFE.”
So right now, let’s put away all the false man-made teaching and simply put all of our trust on Jesus Christ.
When you do that, you’ve received everlasting life. And you can’t lose EVERLASTING LIFE. You don’t have to wait until later to receive it.
You won’t be judged on whether or not you’re good enough to enter into heaven. That’s one of the biggest lies in this world today. “Well, one day we’ll all be judged on whether or not we get into heaven.”
Guess what? THE BIBLE NEVER SAYS THAT ANYWHERE!!!
It Must Be Too Good To Be True
If you believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and Him alone to save you, then you’re saved. That’s it. THE END. Too easy? No, it sure isn’t.
Most people won’t do it. The false preachers won’t do it. They say, “That’s just too easy for me to believe.”
Okay, then to hell you go the Bible says. If you won’t believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, you’re headed to hell.
And yes, it is that easy. There is no other way to heaven. There’s only one way and that is believing on the Lord Jesus Christ to get you there.
