Category: Grace & Grit
Welcome to FaithFuel Dailyโa raw, real, and relevant devotional to ignite your walk with Christ. One verse. One fire. Every day.
Scripture of the Day
2 Corinthians 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.
When Grace Doesnโt Feel Gentle
Sometimes grace doesnโt feel soft. It feels like gritโlike clinging to God through tears, crawling when you canโt walk, and holding on when everything in you screams to let go.
Paul didnโt ask for a promotionโhe asked for relief. And God said no.
Why? Because the lesson wasnโt power through strengthโit was power through surrender.
Weakness Is Not a Disqualification
In 2 Corinthians 12, Paul begs God three times to take away a thorn in his flesh. God answers, โMy grace is sufficient for thee.โ That wasnโt a denialโit was a declaration.
Godโs grace doesnโt always remove the struggle. Sometimes, it empowers you to outlast it.
He doesnโt need your strength. He uses your weakness.
Grit Is Grace in Action
Grace isnโt passive. It doesnโt mean quitting.
It means you keep going even when your strength is goneโbecause Godโs strength is still enough.
Every weakness, every failure, every tear is a reminder that youโre not the source of powerโHe is.
Let Grace Carry You
What if your biggest weakness is Godโs greatest opportunity to show up?
Say it out loud: โLord, Iโm weakโbut You are strong.โ
Donโt fake strength. Donโt hide the pain. Let grace meet you in the grit. Thatโs where the real miracle is.
