[2] The title of the sermon: “GOD CALLED ME.”
- Have you ever heard someone say, “God called me to do this or that?”
- “God called me to be a pastor. God called me to be a missionary. God called me to love everyone.”
- “God called me to hate no one. God called me to be a teacher in a public school.”
According to the churches today and the so-called “Christians” today, God calls people to do many things.
- And many of these so-called callings of God are directly against the words of the Bible.
- God gave us the freedom to make our own choices, and we make them.
- And many of those choices are against God’s words. But then we say, “God called me to do it.”
- I would be very careful out there saying that God called you to do something against His words.
[3] Isaiah 49:1-3 Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name. 2 And he hath made my mouth like a sharp sword; in the shadow of his hand hath he hid me, and made me a polished shaft; in his quiver hath he hid me; 3 And said unto me, Thou art my servant, O Israel, in whom I will be glorified.
- Verse 1 there says, “The Lord hath called me from the womb.”
- “He hath made my mouth like a sharp sword.” We are to preach God’s actual words.
- Do you know what His actual words aren’t? They aren’t lies that you run your mouth about.
- Spewing lies out of your mouth is not what the Lord has called you to do.
- He didn’t call you to be a liar. Let’s look at some examples.
I’ve seen people work their entire life on figuring out the day and the hour of the rapture.
- “God has called me to set a date for the rapture. God has called me to set a date for His second coming.”
- They will say that God wants them to figure out the day and the hour of His second coming.
- I’m trying to show you how to recognize liars easily. Their words will prove themselves to be liars.
- Just listen to what they say, and you’ll know immediately.
[4] Proverbs 30:5-6 Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. 6 Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.
- Putting your trust in God’s words does not equal adding to His words or changing His words.
- If someone is attempting to set the exact timing of the rapture or second coming of Jesus, they don’t trust God’s words.
[5] Matthew 24:32-34 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh: 33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. 34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
[6] Matthew 24:35-37 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. 36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. 37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
- Verse 36 in Matthew Chapter 24 says, “But of that day and hour knoweth no man.”
- What day? The day of the coming of the Son of man, Jesus Christ. This is the day of His second coming.
- We know the rapture and the second coming are on the same day. The Bible says so over and over again.
- Now, if you trust the words of the Bible, why would you attempt to set a day and hour?
People spend their entire life attempting to do this and act as if they are doing the works of God.
- They will even say that God has called them specifically to do this. But we know God hasn’t.
- So, they tell a lie about God. God did not call them to do this. They wasted their life.
- Every moment spent trying to set a day and hour for the second coming or rapture is a waste of time.
We know the signs to look for so we look for the signs. We’ll know when it’s getting near.
- We’ll know when it’s even at the door. But we will never know the day or the hour.
- “But of that day and hour knoweth no man.” That’s the end of it.
- “But, I still think God has called me to set a date and time for the rapture.”
- Listen closely. NO HE HASN’T CALLED YOU TO DO THIS.
Here’s another example. There are many men out there saying that God has called them to be a pastor.
- “God called me to be a pastor.” They say these things over and over again.
- And they preach lies. Many of them have never read the Bible through once.
- These men have had more than one wife. These men have no children. They do not rule their house.
- They don’t even meet the qualifications of a bishop or pastor in the Bible. Same thing with deacons.
[7] 1 Timothy 3:1-4 This is a true saying, If a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work. 2 A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach; 3 Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous; 4 One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity;
- The husband of one wife. Not one wife at a time. ONE WIFE. Never divorced.
- A current husband of one wife. Sober. Drunkards can’t be pastors. He must have children.
- You can’t have your children in subjection if you don’t have any children.
- “One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity.”
It’s pretty simple. God didn’t call you to be a pastor if you aren’t married with children.
- God didn’t call you to be a pastor if you are a woman. Many women say, “God called me to be a pastor.”
- Joyce Meyer is one of these disobedient women who lead other women to disobey God’s words.
- She says to women, “Don’t ever let anyone tell you that God cannot or will not use you just because you are a woman.”
“If God has called you to leadership, you should lead. If He has called you into ministry, you should minister.”
- “If He has called you to be a missionary, then you should do missions.”
- “If He has called you to business or as a homemaker, you should boldly be all that He has called you to be.”
- Then she commands the women to pray this prayer: “Show me where you want me to be.””
Now, knowing the Bible very well, most everything she says goes against the word of God.
- You need to learn to recognize these things from false prophets and false preachers. It’s easy to see.
- She says this to women, “If God has called you to leadership.” Listen, that will NEVER happen.
- If we’re talking about being a pastor, deacon, or leader in a church, GOD WILL NEVER CALL A WOMAN to do this.
- Joyce Meyer says, “If He has called you to be a homemaker.” What do you mean “IF?”
- She says, “GOD, SHOW ME WHERE YOU WANT ME TO BE.” And then she leaves it up to the individual.
The truth is that all the answers are in God’s words. What has God called you to do?
- He doesn’t want divorced men with a second wife to be pastors.
- He doesn’t want single men to be pastors. He doesn’t want men without children to be pastors.
- He doesn’t want queers to be pastors. He doesn’t want women to be pastors.
- He doesn’t want women leading in his churches. How do I know these things?
- He doesn’t need to “SHOW ME” what He wants. He doesn’t have to come and speak to me in my office.
Many pastors say these things. “God came to me in my office and spoke to me.”
- They say, “God told me that woman can be pastors. God told me that women can be deacons.”
- These are lying scum bags because God’s words never change. Do you understand this?
- Stop falling for all these liars out there.
[8] Titus 1:6-9 If any be blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of riot or unruly. 7 For a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God; not selfwilled, not soon angry, not given to wine, no striker, not given to filthy lucre; 8 But a lover of hospitality, a lover of good men, sober, just, holy, temperate; 9 Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.
- I’m not sure why this is so difficult to understand for so-called “Christians.”
- “The husband of one wife.” Is that hard to understand? It’s not.
- “Having faithful children not accused of riot or unruly.” Their children can make mistakes.
- They aren’t perfect. But the pastor must correct them quickly and get them back on the right track.
- “A lover of GOOD MEN.” A pastor doesn’t love anyone no matter what.
If a man can’t HOLD FAST the faithful word as he hath been taught, then he can’t be a pastor for God.
- If a so-called pastor ever says that women can be pastors, he’s not a pastor for God.
- God didn’t call these people to be pastors that say He did. They do not hold His words.
- They do not magnify His words. They magnify what they want making themselves out to be God.
- They make up fairy tales and fables about God’s words. They lie about Him. He didn’t call them.
[9] Titus 2:1-3 But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine: 2 That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience. 3 The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;
- Here’s what God has called you to do if you fit in these categories.
- He calls you to do what He said to do. It doesn’t matter what you want. Here’s His calling.
- Speak the things which become sound doctrine. We use His words.
- God called aged men to be sober. Not beer drinkers. Not alcoholic wine makers.
- God called the aged women likewise. Not given to much wine. Teachers of good things.
[10] Titus 2:4-6 That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, 5 To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed. 6 Young men likewise exhort to be sober minded.
- If you haven’t noticed, everyone is to be sober. God has called us to love by following His words.
- We are to love the good, hate the evil, and establish judgment. Righteous judgment.
- God doesn’t call us to blaspheme His words as Joyce Meyer does.
Here’s a quote about the so-called “salvation” of Joyce Meyer.
- “So even though the pastor gave no altar call that Sunday, she grabbed the hands of her two cousins and said, “Come on, we’re going to get saved!”
- “They appeared in front of the pastor who prayed for them to receive salvation.”
- “Joyce Meyer testifies that the she sensed the cleansing power of the Lord in her life that special day.”
- “Joyce married a Christian man, David Meyer.” Do you hear all of these things?
Salvation is not going to an altar. There is no altar call that will save you.
- Having a pastor pray for your salvation doesn’t save you. She’s not a saved woman. She’s evil.
- Do you really think God has called her to blaspheme His words.
- Listen to this. This is a quote about God calling Joyce Meyer to ministry. Ready?
“The call came in February 1976. Joyce was driving home from the hair dresser and in the car she shouted a desperate prayer:
- “God, there has to be more. There must be something I am missing, because I see in Your Word that people live in victory, and I certainly do not have victory.”
- She was shocked that God spoke back to her: “Joyce, I have been teaching you patience.”
- “A few moments after that she was overwhelmed by the Holy Spirit.”
- “Someone opened me up and poured liquid love into me.”
- And it was not long after this that Joyce was called to become a Bible teacher.
- She says God spoke to her and said, “You will go all over the place and teach My Word.”
This is the same woman who can’t understand the Scriptures right there. And they are simple to understand.
- Women are to be keepers at home. The aged women are supposed to be teaching these things.
- The pastor in the church she started in actually stopped her from teaching in Bible studies.
- He told her the truth. Her husband was disobedient to God’s words too. He’s not a Christian.
- They were asked to leave that church. Here’s a quote: “The next church they joined was charismatic with an insecure pastor who did not believe women should teach the Bible.”
Not long after that she joined another church and became an associate pastor.
- Even though the Bible says no, Joyce says, “I’ll do whatever I want.” Why?
- Because she thinks God came and spoke to her something different than what He says in His words.
- Now, with that said, who do you actually trust? Every word of God is pure.
- So, do you trust the word of God or do you trust Joyce Meyer’s words? Really.
- This is what it all comes down to. Trusting the Bible or trusting the words of men and women.
[11] Psalm 138:2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
- We magnify God’s words above EVERY OTHER WORD. We trust His words.
- So, something is going on out there with all of these people saying: “God spoke to me.”
- “God called me to do this or that.” Did He? Was that really God?
- The way to know is to test whatever you think you heard with the word of God.
- Does Joyce Meyer know the word of God? No, she doesn’t at all. She can’t understand at all.
At 79 years old, Joyce Meyer gets tattoos. Her so-called Christian husband, 82 years old, got a tattoo as well.
- She says that if she wants to get a tattoo that is between her and God and no one has the right to judge her for it.
- Once you’re a Christian, are you free to do whatever you want now? This is what the joker teaches.
- Again, she continues to blaspheme the word of God because God never says what she says He says.
- They simply show how corrupted they happen to be. What does God say about tattoos?
[12] Leviticus 19:28 Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD.
- I am sure Joyce Meyer would say that this is the Old Testament and doesn’t count any more.
- Jesus Himself says that He didn’t come to destroy the law. Joyce Meyer came to destroy the law.
- Tattoos are cuttings in your flesh. They are marks upon you. God says to not do these things.
- If this verse doesn’t count according to Joyce Meyer, what about the very next verse in the Bible?
[13] Leviticus 19:29 Do not prostitute thy daughter, to cause her to be a whore; lest the land fall to whoredom, and the land become full of wickedness.
- Anyone with a brain (not Joyce Meyer) would know that this is a good law.
- This is in effect today just as the tattoo law is in effect today. Don’t lie and don’t steal is valid today.
- God didn’t change those laws. The coming of Jesus Christ doesn’t eliminate these laws.
[14] Leviticus 21:5 They shall not make baldness upon their head, neither shall they shave off the corner of their beard, nor make any cuttings in their flesh.
- No cuttings in the flesh.
[15] Jeremiah 48:37-38 For every head shall be bald, and every beard clipped: upon all the hands shall be cuttings, and upon the loins sackcloth. 38 There shall be lamentation generally upon all the housetops of Moab, and in the streets thereof: for I have broken Moab like a vessel wherein is no pleasure, saith the LORD.
- God takes no pleasure in tattoos. Joyce Meyer acts as if she has some higher connection with God.
- She acts as if God respects her person above other persons.
- But we know He is no respecter of Joyce Meyer. She isn’t above His words.
- What type of people love to cut themselves according to God’s words?
[16] 1 Kings 18:27-28 And it came to pass at noon, that Elijah mocked them, and said, Cry aloud: for he is a god; either he is talking, or he is pursuing, or he is in a journey, or peradventure he sleepeth, and must be awaked. 28 And they cried aloud, and cut themselves after their manner with knives and lancets, till the blood gushed out upon them.
- These are people with false gods. They worship some other God.
[17] Mark 5:1-3 And they came over unto the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gadarenes. 2 And when he was come out of the ship, immediately there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit, 3 Who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with chains:
[18] Mark 5:4-5 Because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any man tame him. 5 And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones.
- People with unclean spirits love to cut themselves. But Joyce Meyer says no one can judge her.
- She says, “No one has a right to judge her.” This is the unclean spirit within her talking.
[19] 1 Corinthians 2:15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
- He that is spiritual judgeth all things. We are to judge righteously.
- Joyce Meyer is a false preacher and a blasphemer of God’s words.
- She will mesmerize you with her smile.
[20] Proverbs 28:5 Evil men understand not judgment: but they that seek the LORD understand all things.
- Do you now understand that God didn’t call Joyce Meyer? She’s just one example today.
[21] 1 Thessalonians 5:21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
- God’s words are good. With what I just showed you, will you say that tattoos are good?
- God never says that one time. He hates tattoos. He hates marks on your flesh.
- He says to not do these things. But Joyce Meyer says it’s okay because God called her.
- She’s a lying scum bag.
- Will you trust these people that say God told them something different than His words?
The majority of so-called “Christian” pastors out there today will say that God called them to preach His words.
- But then they preach a works based salvation. People like Ray Comfort act as if they are perfect.
- They act as if they are better than the Apostle Paul. They act as if God called them to preach lies.
- Many of these people are recognized by their love of Judaism and the people who call themselves Jews.
- They believe God has called those people to be His people. They understand nothing of the Bible.
[22] Isaiah 48:1 Hear ye this, O house of Jacob, which are called by the name of Israel, and are come forth out of the waters of Judah, which swear by the name of the LORD, and make mention of the God of Israel, but not in truth, nor in righteousness.
- The Bible teaches us of these people who call themselves Jews. They make mention of God.
- But not in truth nor in righteousness. There’s many of these people out there today.
[23] Revelation 2:9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.
- We know there are the Jews today who hate Jesus Christ. God says they are not Jews.
- They are actually children of the devil or children of Satan.
- The same goes with people like Joyce Meyer. There are people who say they are Christians.
[24] Revelation 2:2 I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars:
- All of these people who are saying that God called them to do something against His words are liars.
- Paula White calls herself an apostle. Notice in the Bible that God called the apostles.
- Did God call Paula White to be an apostle? What do you think? I will tell you the truth.
- She’s not an apostle. She’s a whore and a witch. There. That’s the truth. She has a devil or ten.
- She’s a liar who blasphemes the word of God. There wasn’t one woman apostle in the Bible.
Women are to be keepers at home. Not pastors, preachers in church, or apostles.
- Women can preach and teach the word of God outside of church IF they know the Bible.
- Don’t be confused at these people who call themselves this or that. God doesn’t call them what they say.
- The physical Jews today, in general, not all of them, hate Jesus Christ. Ben Shapiro hates Jesus Christ.
- He laughs at Jesus and mocks Jesus.
[25] 1 John 2:22-23 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. 23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: but he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.
- So, how are people fooled today by the Jews? Do you not trust God’s words?
- Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist.
- They deny the Father and the Son. If they deny the Son, they deny the Father. God says this directly.
- They killed His Son and would do the same thing again. Ask them. They admit to this today.
- And yet, the people in the churches just love them with all their heart, soul, and mind.
What does that tell you about those people?
- If the physical Jews fool them with direct blasphemy against God, of course they will be fooled by Joyce Meyer.
- How are people fooled today by Joyce Meyer and Paula White? They are not saved.
- They haven’t believed in Jesus Christ. They will say that they do, but they haven’t.
- They don’t even know what it means to believe in Jesus Christ.
And then they make up all these fairy tales about God calling them to say this, do this, or do that.
- “God called me to the altar that day to be saved.” You don’t get saved by walking up to a so-called altar!
- You get saved by putting all your trust in the Savior of the world, Jesus Christ. You believe “IN” Him.
- Listen, there are warnings all throughout the Bible about these people.
- They have great success in this world so people want to be like them. NOT ME.
- Again, I would rather have 8 people here than 30,000 of Kyle Idleman, Joyce Meyer, and Paula White.
- We are to be aware of all these people who say that God called them to do this or that and it is not according to His words.
[26] Matthew 7:15-17 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. 16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? 17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
- They create liberal progressives in God’s church. They act as if everything is okay with God.
- They prove they don’t anything of this Bible. They don’t care for His words.
- They don’t care what He thinks. Beware of these people. Look at what they create.
[27] Matthew 16:6 Then Jesus said unto them, Take heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.
[28] Matthew 16:12 Then understood they how that he bade them not beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.
- Beware of false doctrine. Beware of another Gospel. Beware of another Jesus. Beware of other gods.
[29] Mark 12:38-40 And he said unto them in his doctrine, Beware of the scribes, which love to go in long clothing, and love salutations in the marketplaces, 39 And the chief seats in the synagogues, and the uppermost rooms at feasts: 40 Which devour widows’ houses, and for a pretence make long prayers: these shall receive greater damnation.
- How many times does God have to say these things.
- He says BEWARE 16 times in 14 verses in the New Testament.
- These people who lie about God shall receive the greater damnation.
[30] Luke 12:15 And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.
- They all love riches and fame on this earth. They love it with a passion. BEWARE.
[31] Philippians 3:2 Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision.
- Dogs are sodomites. BEWARE. Some sodomites think they can deceive me. I read the Bible, though.
- I AM AWARE. I know what God says.
[32] 2 Peter 3:17-18 Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness. 18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.
- Don’t be led away with the error of the wicked.
- They say things like this: “God has healed me of everything.” They’re still dying.
- “God will bless you if you give more money to me.”
- No, He won’t bless you if you give money to false preachers. WHY WOULD HE DO THAT?
- You aren’t reading His words, and you aren’t listening to what He says.
Get a King James Bible. Find a good church that is King James Only, has the Gospel right, and wins souls to Christ.
- Do what God has called you to do in His words.
- Recently someone told me they have an advantage in knowing the Bible because they don’t go to church.
- What would you say to this person?
- Does he have an advantage because he won’t find a good church and go there?
God commands us to go to church. Not a false church. You don’t have an advantage by not going to church.
- These are just some of the things people are falling for today.
- This same man attempts to set dates and hours on the rapture and second coming of Jesus Christ.
- This same man won’t believe what Jesus says within the Bible.
- But he thinks not going to church is an advantage.
To end, what has God called you to do? Read your King James Bible and find out.
- Don’t make up fairy tales in your head, do what you want, and then say that God called you to do this.
- God didn’t call you to send your children to public schools.
- God didn’t call your wife to be a career woman. God didn’t call you to be a bar owner.
- God didn’t call you to change your gender, think you’re a cat, or fly off a rooftop as a Blue Jay.
- Don’t be fooled by this world today. Beware.
Let’s pray.
