You’re Not Ready to Live Until You’re Ready to Die

Category: Glory & Eternity (Saturday)

This is FaithFuel Daily—devotions with your eyes on forever, not five minutes from now. One verse. One fire. Every day.

📖 Scripture of the Day

Ecclesiastes 7:1 …and the day of death than the day of one’s birth.

⚰️ Solomon Said Death Day > Birthday. Why?

Because your birthday started your story—
but your death day seals your destiny.

You don’t get to write the ending after you’re gone.
You don’t get a second shot after your heart stops.
And when it’s all said and done—only one thing matters:
Were you right with God?

🎯 Your Life Is a Vapor, But Your Soul Is Forever

We plan for retirement but not for eternity.
We prep our diet but not our judgment.
We avoid death like it’s the enemy—
but for the saved, it’s the doorway home.

Solomon wasn’t being dark.
He was being honest.

Death is when you finally meet the One you were made for.

🧨 Eternity Is Coming—Whether You’re Ready or Not

You want to truly live?
Then die to this world.
Die to selfishness.
Die to sin.
Die to shallow goals.

Because once you’re ready to die in Christ,
you’re finally free to live for Him.

🗣️ Say it:

“Lord, help me live like I’m leaving—and die like I’m coming home.”
