Sweetheart Sunday is a wonderful opportunity for couples and families to come together and celebrate love, marriage, and the faith that holds it all together. Our Valentine’s Banquet is a cherished tradition, offering an evening of good food, fellowship, and fun. During this event, we also take the time to preach the Gospel and emphasize the importance of building relationships based on Christ’s love.

📜 Church Charter Day
Church Charter Day celebrates the founding of True Words Baptist Church. We take time to celebrate baptisms, welcome new members, and recommit ourselves to our purpose: to win souls to Christ.

Our July 4th Celebration is a time to celebrate our nation’s independence while focusing on the ultimate freedom we have in Christ. The Labor Day Cookout is a fun, relaxed time for church members to gather and enjoy good food, special music, and great fellowship. At both events, we take the opportunity to preach the Gospel and share God’s love with everyone.

🎉 Church Birthday, Thanksgiving Dinner, Christmas Eve Candlelight Service and New Year’s Eve Game Night
Our Church Birthday is a celebration of how God has grown the church. We reflect on His faithfulness and preach the Gospel of salvation through Jesus Christ. The Thanksgiving Dinner is a time to give thanks for God’s blessings, followed by a Gospel-centered message. The Christmas Eve Candlelight Service highlights the birth of Christ with a special worship service, and we close out the year with a New Year’s Eve Game Night full of fun, fellowship, and opportunities to preach the Gospel.
