For some reason, people believe that Satan is in charge of hell. I hear people say these things all the time:
“Hell is where the devil lives.”
“The Devil is in charge of a hell because it’s a bad place.”
“Satan runs hell.”
Well, that is not Scriptural at all. Satan does not run hell. Satan is not in charge of hell.
Satan, the devil, Lucifer, son of the morning, that old serpent, or the dragon HAS NO POWER OVER HELL AT ALL.
Will Satan one day live in hell? Yes, but he’ll be tormented in hell. He is never going to reign and rule over hell. He has never had any power over hell.
Hell is a place that God created and God Almighty is in charge of hell.
People lie to their children to make God sound like he’s nice and would never throw anyone into hell. No, God is the one who throws people into hell. That’s the truth. We need to stop lying to children and spreading evil and wicked lies.
It’s not okay to lie about hell and tell people that Satan is in charge of hell.
In the Book of Revelation we learn that Satan is bound by an angel from heaven named Abaddon (Hebrew) or Apollyon (Greek).
Revelation 9:11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.
Abaddon or Apollyon is the angel of the bottomless pit which is hell. The locusts from hell in Revelation are from God. This is God pouring out HIS WRATH.
This angel is more powerful than Satan because God Almighty is backing this angel named Abaddon or Apollyon. SATAN IS NOT the angel of hell. He is not in charge of hell. He is not in hell right now.
Revelation 20:1-3 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. 2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, 3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.
Where is Satan right now? He’s roaming around the earth looking to devour.
1 Peter 5:8-9 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.
He’s not in hell right now. The Bible is very clear.
When Satan is not in hell, he is deceiving the nations. And it’s very clear right now that the nations are being deceived. We can’t even look at ourselves and be for sure if we’re male or female any more.
“Well, you can be whatever gender you want.” REALLY??? No, you can’t. God chose that for you. Sorry, you don’t get a choice.
Before the thousand year reign of Jesus Christ, Satan will be thrown into hell.
Satan is not in hell right now, and he won’t be in hell until right before the thousand year reign of Jesus Christ on this earth begins.
Once the thousand years are complete, Satan will be let loose to deceive the nations once again. Satan serves a purpose. God lets Satan loose. The evil and wicked are gathered together for the battle of Gog and Magog and God rains down fire from heaven.
Revelation 20:8-9 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. 9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.
Satan is then cast into the lake of fire.
Revelation 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
And Satan is never coming out of the lake of fire. He’s not reigning over hell. He is being tormented in the lake of fire FOREVER.
God is KING OVER HELL. Understand that today.
Satan is not running hell. He has no power over hell. He has no power over death. GOD IS ALL POWERFUL. There is no power struggle between God and Satan. God can smash Satan any time HE WANTS!
I’m not sure why preachers aren’t teaching the truth about Satan and hell.
What’s the problem?
Do the preachers think that God will look bad since he created hell and throws people into hell to be tormented forever and ever?
Well, that’s the truth and everything God does is good. If someone is thrown into hell, you can know that it’s fair.
All you have to do to avoid hell and everlasting torment is change your mind and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Then, start teaching the truth about God. LIES ABOUT GOD aren’t helping anyone.
False preachers, your way of lying about God, Satan, and hell is sending people to hell. Your way isn’t better than God’s.
Start telling the truth about God. Use the Bible to find the truth.
STOP teaching lies. Satan is not in charge of hell. He is not there right now in hell. He is out there deceiving the nations and he is deceiving you and I. Wake up. We need to get to the word of God to find the truth so we aren’t deceived any more.
