🪓 FaithFuel Daily – Day 29
Growth Hurts Before It Heals
Category: Grace & Grit
This is FaithFuel Daily—raw truth for believers who aren’t afraid to bleed a little on the way to victory. One verse. One fire. Every day.
📖 Scripture of the Day
Hebrews 12:11 Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.
🩸 The Pain Means the Process Is Working
Nobody shouts “Amen!” while they’re getting pruned.
Nobody loves the discipline part of discipleship.
But if you’re hurting, it doesn’t mean God is punishing you.
It might mean He’s shaping you.
God isn’t trying to break you—He’s trying to build you.
🛠️ Discipline Isn’t Abuse—It’s Proof You’re His
He doesn’t chasten strangers.
He chastens sons.
Pain isn’t proof He’s against you—it’s proof He’s still working on you.
If you can sin without conviction, be scared.
But if God keeps cutting and chiseling?
Rejoice—you’re still in His hands.
🌳 Nothing Grows Without Pressure
Seeds break before they bloom.
Bones ache before they strengthen.
Souls stretch before they soar.
It’s supposed to hurt.
It’s just not supposed to stop you.
🗣️ Say it:
“Lord, give me the courage to thank You when it hurts—because I know You’re growing me.”
