God Created Evil
Most Christians choke when they read this verse:
“Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.”
Yes—God created evil.
Not sin.
Not moral wickedness.
But evil—as in judgment, calamity, and disaster.
The flood? God.
Sodom? God.
Plagues in Egypt? God.
“Amos 3:6 Shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?”
God doesn’t just allow judgment—He authors it.
He sends evil on purpose to correct, to punish, and to make His name known.
He’s not a tame god.
He’s not a safe god.
He’s the LORD—and He does whatever He pleases.
