About the Event

Join us for a joyful Thanksgiving Sunday filled with worship, gratitude, and fellowship. After our morning service, we’ll gather for a full Thanksgiving feast — turkey, casseroles, desserts, and all the favorites — shared with our church family as we celebrate God’s goodness and grace.

This annual tradition is more than just a meal. It’s a time to reflect on God’s blessings, share testimonies, and give thanks for all He has done in our lives and in our church. Everyone is welcome — families, guests, and friends from the community.

What to Bring or Expect

• Bring your favorite Thanksgiving dish to share — turkey, stuffing, sides, casseroles, or desserts.
• All food can be dropped off in the fellowship area before the morning service begins.
• Disposable pans and serving utensils are appreciated to make cleanup easier.
• Contact Pamela Tapp at (502)396-9536 if you’d like to volunteer to serve or help clean up.

Schedule

• 10:00 AM – Sunday School: Bible-based lessons focused on thankfulness and faithfulness.
• 11:00 AM – Morning Service: Worship and preaching centered on gratitude to God.
• 12:30 PM – Church Family Feast: Enjoy a full Thanksgiving meal and fellowship immediately following the service.
• 1:00 PM – Gratitude Jar Drawing: $50 gift card drawing for our November Gratitude Challenge participants.
• 1:30 PM – Praise & Testimonies: Time for families and members to share what they’re thankful for this year.

Purpose

The purpose of our Church Family Thanksgiving Feast is to glorify God through gratitude and unity. As one body in Christ, we gather to praise Him for His faithfulness, celebrate answered prayers, and strengthen our bond as a church family.

Do I need to register? No, everyone is welcome to attend — just bring a dish if you’re able.
