[2] The title of the sermon today is “WE DON’T NEED THE OLD TESTAMENT!!!”

  • Listen to this today because you need to know this and understand this.
  • So-called pastors and preachers all over this world are attacking God.
  • They act as if they represent God, but they attack him over and over again.
  • This “pastor” named Andy Stanley around the Atlanta, GA area says this:
  • “Christians need to unhitch the Old Testament from their faith.”
  • He says, “Peter, James, and Paul elected to unhitch the Christian faith from their Jewish Scriptures.”
  • “And my friends, we must as well.”

This evil and wicked man says things like this:

  • “Many Christians are turning away from the faith because of certain passages in the Old Testament.”
  • He says, “The early church moved past the Old Testament for the sake of newly converted Gentile believers.”
  • And this man has a big church so all the other idiots leading churches want to follow this man.
  • “Oh, look at the size of that church. We need to do what this man is doing.”
  • “Why don’t we attack GOD ALMIGHTY and HIS SCRIPTURES.”
  • “Why don’t we show everyone we know absolutely nothing about the Bible or God?”
  • “Oh yeah, great idea. We are so wise.”

[3] Romans 1:21-23 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

  • And yes, this Scripture is talking about reprobates and rejects.
  • I have no doubt in my mind that Andy Stanley is a reprobate.
  • Everyone within his church needs to get out there as soon as they can.
  • Here’s a picture of Andy Stanley so we’re sure we all have the right man.

[4]

  • They have smoke, flashing lights, and a rock concert to worship God.

[5]

  • I’m telling you to watch out for these wolves in sheep’s clothing. “But they’re so nice and kind.”
  • He says this. Now look closely at what he says:

[6] “If you were raised on a version of Christianity that relied on the Bible as the foundation of faith, a version that was eventually dismantled by academia or the realities of life, maybe it’s time for you to change your mind about Jesus.”

  • The man has made up his very own false Jesus Christ and is preaching a false god to everyone he knows.
  • “If you were raised to rely on the Bible as the foundation of faith, then it’s time to find a new Jesus.”
  • He says, “The Bible was eventually dismantled by academia and the realities of life.”
  • In other words, he says, “The smart humans in today’s world dismantled God Almighty.”

[7] Matthew 24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

[8] Mark 13:31 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.

[9] Luke 21:33 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.

  • That’s Jesus Christ speaking in the New Testament. I guess that’s something new, right?
  • No, it’s not new. Jesus Christ is the WORD OF GOD. It’s the Old Testament too.

[10] Isaiah 40:8 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.

  • This so-called “PASTOR” doesn’t know a thing about God Almighty. NOT ONE THING.
  • He has no fear of God, but he isn’t the biggest idiot in that church.
  • Anyone who stays there and continues to support that Satan worshipper is an even bigger idiot.
  • The reason men like him are leading churches are because the people are supporting him.
  • And then you get pastors around here that go along with what evil men like him say.
  • Why? Because he has a big church. They want a big church so they’ll say whatever they need.

The vast majority of preachers and pastors don’t even understand how connected the Old Testament and New Testament happen to be.

  • They can’t see the greatness of the Bible so they attack it constantly.
  • For example, in the first book of the New Testament, MATTHEW, I count 103 direct references to the Old Testament.
  • And I probably missed many that I don’t yet fully understand.
  • Why do you think God references the Old Testament within the New Testament so many times?
  • Let’s look at some of those verses in the Book of Matthew, the first book in the New Testament.
  • If we looked at all of the books in the New Testament, we would be here for weeks.

[11] Matthew 1:22-23 Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, 23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

  • That Scripture comes directly from Isaiah 7:14.

[12] Isaiah 7:14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

  • But we should just ignore the Old Testament. They’ll say, “Oh no, not that verse.”
  • “That verse goes along with the message that WE want to preach at OUR church. So we’ll use that one.”
  • You might ask, “Why are you preaching this sermon?” Because I’ve heard trash like that my entire life.
  • And now I’m going to take a stand against these evil preachers who want to attack God Almighty.

[13] Matthew 2:5-6 And they said unto him, In Bethlehem of Judaea: for thus it is written by the prophet, 6 And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of Juda: for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel.

  • This comes from Micah 5:2.

[14] Micah 5:2 But thou, Beth-lehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.

  • What do these preachers do with all the Scripture in the New Testament that references the Old Testament?
  • I know. They don’t even read the New Testament. They don’t understand the New Testament.
  • So they simply attack the word of God because they don’t understand anything about God.

[15] 1 Corinthians 2:14-16 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. 15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. 16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

  • God wrote the Bible. We understand God Almighty because we have HIS SPIRIT within us.
  • You do not mess with God. You do not attack God’s words.
  • The natural man doesn’t know the mind of the Lord. You won’t say things like, “The Bible isn’t important.”
  • You won’t say things like, “Don’t sing that Psalm. Bev, do you understand what that Psalm is?”
  • “And you’re singing it? Bev, don’t you understand?”
  • Those so-called “GODLY” men questioning someone singing the Psalms don’t understand the Bible at all.

Psalm 51 is about King David committing adultery with Bathsheba.

  • “Well, you shouldn’t be singing that. We’re all better than that. We’re Godly people. Not King David.”
  • “Why are you singing the Psalms? You shouldn’t sing that one.”

[16] Psalm 51:4 Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.

  • Did you know that verse right there in Psalm 51 is referenced in Romans 3:4?
  • It’s quoted right here in Romans 3:4 within the New Testament. Wow.

[17] Romans 3:4 God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.

  • So I guess we should just forget about King David and everything he wrote because he committed a horrible sin.
  • News flash. Every man and woman mentioned in the Bible committed sin.
  • Instead, the false preachers want you listening to them because they are so great.
  • They act as if they don’t commit any sin. And yes, that’s the truth.
  • Why in the world would anyone sing the Psalms? Well, let’s see.

[18] 1 Chronicles 16:9 Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him, talk ye of all his wondrous works.

[19] Psalm 105:2 Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him: talk ye of all his wondrous works.

  • Sounds to me like GOD HIMSELF is commanding us to sing psalms.
  • He repeated himself twice with the exact same words in Chronicles and Psalms.

[20] James 5:13 Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms.

  • Why were you singing Psalms, Bev? Why would you do what God Almighty told you to do?
  • The great pastors and “men of God” are so great, aren’t they? They tell you to do the opposite of God.

[21] Ephesians 5:18-19 And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit; 19 Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;

  • We’re commanded to be filled with the Spirit. We aren’t automatically filled with the Spirit.
  • We have the indwelling of the Spirit but we aren’t filled with it all the time.
  • We should want to be filled with the Spirit, though. How would we do that?
  • Singing and making melody in your heart. With what? PSALMS, HYMNS, and SPIRITUAL SONGS.
  • I’m the great pastor, and I said: “Don’t be singing that Psalm. That’s not a good one.”
  • That comes from the same church that says, “You don’t need to read the Bible. Just listen to me.”

[22] Colossians 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

  • That’s written during to saved believers. In church, you should be telling others to sing the Psalms.
  • You shouldn’t be rebuking them for singing a Psalm. It’s a commandment from God!!!
  • Do you think the Book of Psalms is important? It’s in the Old Testament. Do we need to use it?

[23] Luke 20:41-43 And he said unto them, How say they that Christ is David’s son? 42 And David himself saith in the book of Psalms, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, 43 Till I make thine enemies thy footstool.

  • That’s Jesus Christ HIMSELF speaking right there. Look at that. He references the Psalms and David.
  • Are the psalms not important? You know that false pastor I mentioned at the beginning?
  • What about that? He professes to preach about Jesus but he doesn’t want to use the Old Testament.
  • Jesus Christ is everywhere throughout the Old Testament. He is eternal. He has always been there.

[24] Luke 24:44 And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.

  • The Old Testament writes about Jesus. Jesus Christ himself says so right there in the Book of Luke.
  • “ALL THINGS MUST BE FULFILLED.”
  • Yes, there are all types of things from the Old Testament that haven’t happened yet.

[25] Acts 1:20 For it is written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be desolate, and let no man dwell therein: and his bishoprick let another take.

  • Hey, the Book of Psalms is very important. The law of Moses is very important.
  • The prophets are very important. EVERY BOOK in the Bible is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. All of it.
  • Every word of God is important but not to the churches in this country. Not to the churches around here.

[26] Acts 13:33 God hath fulfilled the same unto us their children, in that he hath raised up Jesus again; as it is also written in the second psalm, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee.

[27] Acts 13:35 Wherefore he saith also in another psalm, Thou shalt not suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

  • Everything in the Old Testament will come to pass.

[28] Isaiah 55:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

  • But the false preachers, the evil and wicked men and women of this world in churches today, say:
  • “Oh no, WE DON’T NEED THE OLD TESTAMENT.” What do these evil men do instead?
  • Well, let’s see. They pastor churches like the Menlo Church in California.

[29]

  • Everybody’s welcome because nobody’s perfect.

[30]

  • That’s church. Looks like a rock concert to me.
  • Here’s the Senior Pastor. Let’s learn what just happened at this church.

[31]

  • One of his siblings is a transsexual. But he’s not the subject of the latest problem.
  • His other son admitted to his dad, the pastor, that he was attracted to children.
  • His dad allowed him to continue volunteering with children groups for over a year.
  • This man is still the pastor of that church. He loves everyone no matter what.
  • Do you see what that turns into? Does God love everyone? Let’s see what the Book of Psalms says:

[32] Psalm 5:5-6 The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity. 6 Thou shalt destroy them that speak leasing: the LORD will abhor the bloody and deceitful man.

  • Yes, that church knew about his son loving little children. But they let it go. That’s deceitful.
  • Do you think God loves these deceitful people who approves of pedophiles?

[33] Psalm 11:5 The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.

  • Does God love everyone? If you still say, “Of course he does” after reading that, you have a problem.
  • “But the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.” That’s talking about God hating them.

[34] Psalm 26:5 I have hated the congregation of evil doers; and will not sit with the wicked.

[35] Psalm 31:6 I have hated them that regard lying vanities: but I trust in the LORD.

  • And you might say, “Well that’s just wrong because my pedophile loving pastor says different.”

[36] Psalm 45:7 Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore God, thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.

  • God anoints People who HATE the wicked and wickedness with the oil of gladness.

[37] Psalm 97:10 Ye that love the LORD, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.

  • A pedophile is evil. There’s no doubt about that. But churches are making it okay.
  • Pedophiles even want more rights now.

[38] Psalm 119:163 I hate and abhor lying: but thy law do I love.

  • The pastors and preachers that say, “We don’t need the Old Testament” are liars.
  • And I HATE and abhor lying.

[39] Psalm 139:21-22 Do not I hate them, O LORD, that hate thee? and am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee? 22 I hate them with perfect hatred: I count them mine enemies.

  • And yes, those preachers and pastors are rising up against THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY.
  • So what are we to do? Are we to say, “Oh yeah, they are good people.” Is that what we do?
  • No, it’s not. We HATE them with perfect hatred because they blaspheme the name of the Lord.

[40] Proverbs 6:16-19 These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: 17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, 18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, 19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

  • Does God hate anything? The false preachers will say, “Oh no. God doesn’t hate.”
  • Do you see why they want to get rid of the Old Testament?
  • They say, “It’s not very nice. We don’t need it. We only need love, love, love no matter what.”
  • “Hey everyone, just go do whatever you want. We don’t need laws. We need to be empowered.”
  • Hey, do you all understand that Satan is speaking right there. Those pastors and preachers are of Satan.

[41] Proverbs 8:13 The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.

  • Again, the entire New Testament is connected to the Old Testament. ALL OF IT. EVERYWHERE.

[42] Matthew 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

  • What do you think Jesus Christ is referring to right there? He says, “IT IS WRITTEN.”
  • He’s talking about the Old Testament Scriptures.
  • Is that not enough for these people wo preach that the Old Testament is not important?

[43] Deuteronomy 8:3 And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live.

  • All of it goes together. If you didn’t know this, I sure hope you’re starting to see this today.

[44] Matthew 5:17-18 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. 18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

  • How do those people get around any of this Scripture? What are you going to say to that?
  • These evil men say, “I represent Jesus Christ. See the cross on the front of my building? That’s proof.”
  • “But I don’t want to pay attention to anything Jesus actually says in the Bible.”
  • What have these evil men done? They created a false Jesus. It’s so clear. People wake up.
  • Jesus DID NOT come to get rid of the Old Testament. He says so himself directly.
  • He HIMSELF connects the Old Testament and the New Testament.
  • He’s saying, “HEY, the New Testament is fulfilling the Old Testament!!!”
  • But what do the preachers say, “We don’t need the Old Testament.”
  • And how do people continue to attend these evil churches? READ YOUR BIBLES. No one is reading.

[45] John 10:35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;

  • “THE SCRIPTURE CANNOT BE BROKEN.”
  • They can do everything they want to blaspheme God but they will never get rid of HIS WORDS.
  • They HATE God’s actual words, but they will never get rid of them. THANK GOD.

[46] Matthew 22:29 Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.

  • Jesus was talking about the Old Testament Scriptures. If you want to be in error, get rid of the Old Testament.
  • If you want to be wrong about God, get rid of the Old Testament. Don’t sing the Psalms.
  • Make up all your own rules. Do whatever you want. Love everyone no matter what.
  • When the end comes, you’ll know who was right and who was wrong. You’ll know.
  • “Oh, the Book of Jonah is just a fairy tale. There’s no way that happened. Just get rid of it.”

[47] Matthew 12:39-40 But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas: 40 For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.

  • Again, that’s Jesus Christ speaking. He says that the Book of Jonah is the truth. It’s not a fairy tale.
  • But the false preachers will teach that it’s just a fairy tale.

[48] Matthew 24:38-39 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, 39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

  • These same evil men who profess to represent God also call the flood a fairy tale.
  • There’s no way that happened. We don’t need the Old Testament. But we love Jesus.
  • Well, guess what? That’s Jesus Christ speaking right there. Are you calling him a liar?
  • He just told you that the flood happened. Noah and the ark happened. FACT. Jesus says so.

[49] Matthew 19:4-5 And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, 5 And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?

  • Adam and Eve happened. Not Adam and Steve. Not male and male. Not female and female. Not it and it.
  • Jesus Christ just said so. He states it directly. HAVE YOU NOT READ? He’s talking about the Old Testament.
  • If you want to be wrong about everything, then ignore the Old Testament. “You do err,” he says.
  • False preachers say, “God didn’t create the world by speaking. It was a big bang. Science says so.”

[50] Mark 13:19 For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.

  • Jesus is speaking right there. GOD CREATED THE WORLD. God created us. He created everything.
  • He created by speaking words. But yet, the evil preachers want to get rid of his words.

[51] Matthew 23:34-35 Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city: 35 That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.

  • Jesus again talks about all of the Old Testament prophets. Oh, but they aren’t important, right?
  • The light of God’s word REPROVES and REBUKES people and they don’t like it at all.
  • They say, “We don’t need the Old Testament. It’s very offensive.”
  • Oh yeah, there’s a lot of very offensive things in the Bible.

[52] Hosea 13:16 Samaria shall become desolate; for she hath rebelled against her God: they shall fall by the sword: their infants shall be dashed in pieces, and their women with child shall be ripped up.

  • “Well, that’s not fair.” They whine and they cry about nothing being fair. “God is not fair,” they say.
  • They say, “It’s not fair that God destroys people just because they won’t worship him.”
  • I find that hilarious. He made you, created you, and you’ll just do whatever you want, right?
  • He gave you this life. He allows you to live on his earth. He gives you oxygen, light, and food.
  • You don’t owe him anything, right?

[53] Isaiah 13:15-16 Every one that is found shall be thrust through; and every one that is joined unto them shall fall by the sword. 16 Their children also shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses shall be spoiled, and their wives ravished.

  • God is telling you what will happen if you won’t simply change your mind and believe on HIM.
  • “This Old Testament, though. Wow, it’s so wicked and evil,” says the false preacher.

[54] Leviticus 26:27-29 And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me; 28 Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins. 29 And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat.

  • Oh yes, that’s offensive. Well, I guess you better do what God says because it will happen.
  • And they say, “Well, that’s not the God I want. So I’ll just get rid of the Old Testament.

[55] Isaiah 3:16-17 Moreover the LORD saith, Because the daughters of Zion are haughty, and walk with stretched forth necks and wanton eyes, walking and mincing as they go, and making a tinkling with their feet: 17 Therefore the Lord will smite with a scab the crown of the head of the daughters of Zion, and the LORD will discover their secret parts.

  • Yes, that’s offensive. “The Lord will discover their secret parts.” That means they will be made naked.
  • Why? Because being naked is a shame. People in today’s world walk around naked everywhere.
  • It’s a shame and they don’t even realize it.

[56] Psalm 137:8-9 O daughter of Babylon, who art to be destroyed; happy shall he be, that rewardeth thee as thou hast served us. 9 Happy shall he be, that taketh and dasheth thy little ones against the stones.

  • None of the great “Christians” in today’s world wants to hear any of this SCRIPTURE.
  • They don’t want to read it in church. They don’t want to talk about it. Just ignore it like it’s not there.
  • All of the evil and wicked will be destroyed. That’s anyone who want believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.
  • It’s that simple. All the warnings you need are within the Bible, but the churches won’t teach it.
  • “We don’t need that. We don’t want to hear that. That is not loving at all.”
  • Try telling one of these righteous “Christians” that they aren’t good.

[57] Psalm 14:3 They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

[58] Psalm 53:3 Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

[59] Ecclesiastes 7:20 For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.

[60] Micah 7:2 The good man is perished out of the earth: and there is none upright among men: they all lie in wait for blood; they hunt every man his brother with a net.

[61] Mark 10:18 And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God.

[62] Romans 3:12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

  • Tell a righteous “Christian” that they aren’t good.
  • Read them the verses in the Bible that they’ve never seen.
  • They’ll tell you that the Bible is wrong. “Well, that’s stupid.” It’s true. Why?
  • Because in their very own eyes they are good people.
  • “Don’t tell me I’m not good. My pastor says I am good.” They get their false beliefs from false churches.

[63] Isaiah 64:6 But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.

  • Your own righteousnesses are as FILTHY RAGS in front of God the Bible says.
  • You might not like what God says, but he speaks the truth. And deep down you know it’s true.
  • This means you need God’s righteousness to make it into heaven. You don’t have enough.

Here’s what a clown from Freedom of Religion named Dan Barker wrote about the Bible:

  • He says, “God is the most unpleasant character in all fiction.”
  • Keep in mind that he’s talking about the God that gave him life on this earth.
  • He calls God a bully. He says, “Anyone who claims to admire and worship the biblical God has either abandoned all sense of moral judgment or has never actually read the Old Testament.”
  • “Since most believers are good people, I prefer to assume the latter.”
  • This guy is very smart. We should listen to this smart man. He’s going to get away from God.

[64] Psalm 139:8 If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.

  • He doesn’t realize he’ll never get away from God. “Well, I don’t like God.” Well, it doesn’t matter.
  • He says, “I think the world would be a much better place if people would actually read the book.”
  • But he’s saying if people would actually read the Old Testament that they would give up God.
  • And that’s exactly what the so-called pastor at the beginning of this sermon was saying.
  • That pastor who supposedly represents God is agreeing with this man who HATES GOD.
  • Do you see how they are one in the same? They have infiltrated churches. They don’t worship God.
  • They worship Satan. Watch what else he quotes here:

[65] A.A. Milne, author of Winnie the Pooh, said: “The Old Testament is responsible for more atheism, agnosticism, disbelief — call it what you will — than any book ever written; it has emptied more churches than all the counterattractions of cinema, motor bicycle and golf course.”

  • Now he’s choosing to side with the author of Winnie the Pooh versus the creator of all things.
  • Now you tell me if that man doesn’t sound like a reprobate. He’s described perfectly in Romans Chapter 1.

[66] Romans 1:21-23 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

  • They became vain in their imaginations.
  • The man can love the stories like Winnie the Pooh, but he can’t be thankful to God.
  • His foolish heart was darkened. They profess themselves to be wise, but they’re really fools.
  • They changed the glory of God into an image. Winnie the Pooh. They are reprobates. It’s that simple.
  • And if you don’t believe that, hear this last quote from this wicked man.

[67] “Before we can cure an illness we have to diagnose it. Please, let’s read the Old Testament, and then excise the cancer from our lives.”

  • People don’t like when God tells them they aren’t good. “But look at what you’ve done, God.”
  • “Look at what you’ve done in the Old Testament, God.” You all need to be ready for that in your life.
  • Do you want to know the sad part about all of this? So-called “Christians” agree with all of this.

[68] Atheist Charles Templeton says, “The God of the Old Testament is utterly unlike the God believed in by most practicing Christians. His justice is, by modern standards, outrageous. He is biased, querulous (complaining and whining), vindictive, and jealous of his prerogatives.”

  • Can you imagine what’s going to happen to the people who speak about God in that way?
  • Notice that he says, “The God of the Old Testament is utterly unlike the God believed in by most practicing Christians.”
  • And yes, that man is right in that statement. “Christians” in churches today don’t believe in the true God.
  • They’ve made up their own God. And they’ve blasphemed God’s name to the entire world.
  • So you might think the atheist punishment will be bad, but just wait for the pastors who profess to represent God and blaspheme his name.

[69] Jeremiah 23:1-2 Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the LORD. 2 Therefore thus saith the LORD God of Israel against the pastors that feed my people; Ye have scattered my flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them: behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, saith the LORD.

  • Hey, we will stand up for God Almighty here. We’ll teach the entire Bible including the Old Testament.
  • These so-called “Christians” will say, “Oh, he or she is good because they’re a preacher.”
  • “We can trust him or her because I know they’re good people.”

[70] Jeremiah 23:11 For both prophet and priest are profane; yea, in my house have I found their wickedness, saith the LORD.

  • Well, God says different than those fake “Christians.” It doesn’t matter if you find them in God’s house.
  • It sure doesn’t mean that they are of God. Wake up.

[71] Jeremiah 23:12-13 Wherefore their way shall be unto them as slippery ways in the darkness: they shall be driven on, and fall therein: for I will bring evil upon them, even the year of their visitation, saith the LORD. 13 And I have seen folly in the prophets of Samaria; they prophesied in Baal, and caused my people Israel to err.

  • If you’re in a false church that preaches against God, they are causing you to err.
  • If your preacher has ever said anything against the Old Testament, you need to find a new church.
  • They say they love everyone, but they sure don’t love God. That’s called hating God.
  • Don’t support a false preacher and a false church. God won’t be happy with that.
  • The Old Testament is amazing and fits perfectly with the New Testament.

Let’s pray.
